If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Aka pre-sale products that are created in partnership for a group you support or are a part of. All of these custom products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We partner with groups all over the region to create custom products to help them promote or raise funds for their brand, podcast, restaurant, non-profit, social cause, or just for fun! Therefore, outside of those groups and the members associated, any product is made specifically for them and we cannot offer returns or exchanges.

FOR ALL OTHER PRODUCTS
We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is unworn, unused, and unlaundered. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
